![]() I'm trading interfaces with my friend for a while, so I'll see if the Focusrite holds up. I'm not a computer expert, but I think the M1 Pro is, so far, only compatible with a few interfaces:īehringer UMC404HD does not work (personal experience)īehringer UMC202HD does not work (your experience) Here's a link to another reddit page with a similar issue: Here is a video of what it's doing to my Logic Pro playback: The U-Phoria is on and working, can hear the input through the headphones when the mix is set to hearing only input. Tried usb cables on other things, seem to work. ![]() No recognition that something has been inserted. ![]() I've been doing a lot of research into it and it seems to me that many audio interfaces are not very compatible with the M1 Pro chips. Recently bought a Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD audio interface. So I bought the Behringer UMC404HD as a replacement, but it had the same issues as the Presonus. First I thought maybe it's a conflict with the new usb card, so I removed that one. My friend brought over his Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 and it worked fine on my setup. UMC Control Panel says 'No devices connected' and no sign of any Behringer / UMC device in the device manager at all (also not under hidden devices). I was just having playback issues with my Presonus Audiobox 44VSL after a few days of it working fine. The UMC404 has an ASIO driver, and thats the one you should be using - it bypasses all that Windows rubbish completely. I've got a Macbook Pro with the M1 Pro chip.
